One of a series of clip art cetaceans done in chibi-esque style. The second mysticete to join the ranks is Balaena mystcetus, the Bowhead Whale.
This particular species brandishes a "necklace" of black spots along the white patch on its mandible. Their scientific nomenclature roughly translates to "mustached whale."
