Just recently saw Love, the Beatles production of Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas, and while they only briefly touched over the song, it reminded me how much I enjoyed it since I had seen Yellow Submarine. Nothing too grand, just the emotion itself the song brings out in me.
I would +fav this like 10 times if I could ^_^. I love everything about it, from the turtle to the funkiness of the jellies to the vast empty space in between that just gives you this feeling.
You've got a very nice sense of atmosphere in this piece. I'm digging that. However, as is me, I think there's always room for some improvement. I hope you don't mind my honesty in this.
WHile the atmosphere, as I said, is lovely, there's three little points that, to me, detract from it. I'd flove to see the creatures in the see be more affected by the color of the water. Especially the turtle would benefit from a slight blue hue.
And when we're talking about such, I'd like to suggest to add a shadow to the creatures. With the rays you've got, it'd be realistic for the them to cast a long shadow below themselves. It'd also enhance the sense of depth.
The final thing, which for all I know could be intentional, is the cartoony look of the jellyfishes. While the whole piece has a similar feel to it, it just doesn't add up for me. A bit more small dabbling with a tablet could very well make this piece a lot better.
I'd like to make clear that I don't mean to insult your work; I just like it. And when I like things, I love it when they're pushed up a knot, which is why I gave you those pointers which, I think would definitely help this piece get a step closer to being perfect.
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Today's fan parody has been brought to you by the suffix -ing; as in violating, copyrighting, but also forgiving and not-suing.
